Senior Accountant

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities while ensuring accuracy in all financial records. The role involves managing reconciliations, coordinating with auditors, monitoring statutory requirements, and supporting management with financial analysis and reporting for effective business decisions.

• *Duties \& Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and manage sales bills, invoices and purchase records.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of purchases.
• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Prepare balance sheet, profit \& loss account, and cash flow statements.
• Follow up on payments and collections from clients.
• Assist in preparing various financial reports for review.
• Perform other accounts\-related clerical tasks and administrative duties.
• Work closely with the Accounts Head on other accounting\-related tasks as assigned.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 3\-8 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Effective communication, procurement experience will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail\-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
