Senior Accounts Executive

• *Job Summary**

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial health by managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting strategic decision\-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and deep knowledge of finance, taxation, and corporate laws.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Financial Planning \& Reporting**

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.

• *2\. Accounting \& Compliance**

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, ROC filings, etc.).
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

• *3\. Cash Flow \& Treasury Management**

• Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational requirements.
• Optimize working capital and manage banking relationships.
• Review and approve vendor payments and collections strategy.

• *4\. Internal Controls \& Process Improvement**

• Establish and maintain robust internal control systems.
• Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Prevent and detect financial fraud or irregularities.

• *5\. Team Leadership**

• Lead, train, and supervise the finance team.
• Ensure timely completion of finance\-related tasks by the team.
• Build a culture of accuracy, integrity, and accountability.

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• *Education:**

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

• *Experience:**

• 5\+ years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing / trading / service industries preferred.

• *Skills \& Competencies:**

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• High integrity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
