• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior AI Engineer** to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise\-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Advanced RAG, and modern AI frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting scalable AI applications, mentoring team members, and driving AI innovation from concept to production.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and deploy production\-grade LLM\-powered applications using Python.
• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multi\-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and workflow automation.
• Design and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tool integrations.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies, AI evaluations, and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
• Optimize token usage, latency, and cost for production AI applications.
• Integrate AI models using REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production\-ready AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices, architecture, and technical decision\-making.
• Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
• Hands\-on experience with:

+ **Large Language Models (LLMs)**

+ **Agentic AI and multi\-agent frameworks**

+ **Advanced RAG architectures**

+ **Prompt Engineering**

+ **Embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases**

+ **Model Context Protocol (MCP)**

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of token optimization, model evaluation, observability, and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

• *Nice\-to\-Have**

• Experience with Claude APIs, GitHub Copilot integrations, or enterprise AI copilots.
• Knowledge of fine\-tuning, LLMOps, and MLOps.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to React, Streamlit, or Gradio for AI application development.
• Experience building enterprise\-scale AI solutions on Azure or other cloud platforms.
