Senior Analyst - Allvue Fund Accounting

### **Key Responsibilities**

#### **Fund Accounting**

• Perform end\-to\-end accounting for Private Equity, Private Credit, Venture Capital, or Real Estate funds.
• Process capital calls, investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions.
• Prepare and review NAV calculations.
• Book journal entries, accruals, management fees, carried interest, and expense allocations.
• Perform partner capital allocations and equalization calculations.
• Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts within Allvue.
• Reconcile cash, investments, bank accounts, and capital accounts.
• Process investment purchases, sales, realized/unrealized gains, and income allocations.

#### **Allvue System Responsibilities**

• Perform daily accounting activities using Allvue Fund Accounting.
• Maintain investor and fund master data.
• Generate investor capital statements and financial reports.
• Support fund setup, new entity creation, and chart of accounts maintenance.
• Validate accounting data and resolve system exceptions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
• Support automation initiatives and workflow enhancements within Allvue.

### **Required Skills**

• Hands\-on experience with **Allvue Fund Accounting**
• Strong understanding of Private Equity Fund Accounting.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. These are common expectations for Allvue\-based private markets accounting roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, CFA, or equivalent.
