Job Title: Senior ArchitectJob Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions, coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign \& Planning
- Lead architectural design development from concept through detailed design stages.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, presentations, and design documentation.
- Develop space planning, design concepts, and material specifications.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, project objectives, and industry standards.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Attend client meetings and provide design presentations and technical guidance.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure coordination across all disciplines.
Technical Management
- Prepare and review working drawings, construction details, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Resolve design and technical issues arising during construction.
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize project outcomes.
Site Support \& Monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and design implementation.
- Verify site execution against approved architectural drawings.
- Provide technical clarifications and solutions to site teams.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior architects, draftsmen, and design team members.
- Review architectural deliverables and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and support professional development.
Client \& Stakeholder Management
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect preferred.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, mixed\-use, hospitality, or industrial projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and BIM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods and materials.
- Familiarity with local building regulations, approval processes, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in project coordination and construction documentation.

Pay: ₹19,673\.84 \- ₹72,822\.66 per month
