Job Description

**Semi\-qualified CA / CA or CMA or CS or MBA (Finance)** / **M.Com / B.Com** over 1\-2 years of experience into IBC
Background in accounting, audit, finance, or legal support is preferred
Must have **good communication skills** – written and verbal
Knowledge about IBC 2016, who is what and how does the overall process work
Comfortable reading financial statements (not expert level, but can spot the difference between net profit and net worth)
Strong familiarity with MS Office
**Communication**: Speak clearly, write professionally, listen actively
Good Team Player / Work Ethics / Inter\-personal skills / Learn and explore new knowledge
Ready to work with tight deadlines, complex situations, and sometimes… total chaos
Open to travel and comfortable to communicate with varied stakeholders \- Senior Management to Government Officials/Staff/Clerks
