About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage end\-to\-end recruitment across multiple functions in a fast\-growing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in diverse hiring, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Hire across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Corporate, Sales, Finance, and Leadership functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other job portals.
• Manage campus hiring, walk\-in drives, contractual staffing, and pan\-India workforce recruitment.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, conduct preliminary interviews, and ensure timely hiring closures.
• Manage recruitment vendors, ATS records, MIS reports, and recruitment metrics.
• Track hiring performance, including time\-to\-hire, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands\-on, end\-to\-end recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions, particularly Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X\-Ray search.
• Experience in campus recruitment, walk\-in drives, workforce hiring, and vendor management.
• Good stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment dashboards, MIS reporting, and hiring KPIs.
• **Fluency in spoken and written English and Tamil is mandatory.**
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000\.00 per year
