• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Business Analyst** to act as a bridge between business stakeholders, regulatory teams, and product development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Ownership, preferably within the banking or fintech industry. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting product development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Engage with business stakeholders, Central Bank teams, and internal departments to gather and validate business requirements.
• Conduct requirements workshops, business process analysis, gap assessments, and impact assessments.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to define and prioritize product features and backlogs.
• Document business processes, workflows, user journeys, and system requirements.
• Support solution design, development, UAT, and implementation activities to ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Ensure solutions address applicable financial regulations, compliance requirements, and business priorities.
• Contribute to business cases, RFPs, proposals, and digital transformation initiatives.

• *Mandatory Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum **3 years of professional experience in the fintech or banking industry**.
• At least **60% of total professional experience** must be in Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner roles.
• At least **60% of total professional experience** must be within the fintech or banking\-related industry.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of banking operations, financial services, payment ecosystems, and fintech/regulatory technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

• *Employment History \& Experience Criteria**

• No unexplained employment gap exceeding 9 months. Any gap longer than 9 months must have a clearly stated reason, such as further education, medical leave, or other circumstances, documented in the CV.
• No individual employment tenure shorter than 6 months, except for internships or explicitly identified short\-term contractual assignments.

• *Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)**

• Longer average employment tenure and additional years of relevant fintech/banking experience beyond the minimum requirement.
• Hands\-on experience with Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
• Demonstrated practical experience using or delivering AI\-driven solutions, rather than familiarity with tools or certifications alone.
• Exposure to UAE financial regulatory frameworks, central banking environments, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
