Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, client visits, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Attend client meetings, project discussions, and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare business proposals, capability presentations, and company profiles.
  • Coordinate with the estimation, engineering, and project teams for preparing quotations and technical submissions.
  • Monitor government and private tenders and support the tender submission process.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and regularly follow up for business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends to develop business strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
