*Key Responsibilities:**

**Business Development \& Lead Generation:**
Identify and engage businesses looking for office space.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
**Leasing \& Advisory Services:**
Understand client requirements for office spaces (size, location, budget, facilities).
Present suitable office properties and assist in site visits.
Negotiate lease terms, rent structures, and contract agreements.
**Client Relationship Management:**
Act as a leasing consultant, providing strategic office space solutions.
Guide clients through the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.

**Market Analysis \& Reporting:**
Stay updated on office space demand, rental trends, and competitor activities.
Provide insights on market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.
