About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven **Business Development Manager (IT Services)** with a strong technical background and proven experience in **client acquisition and deal closure**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in selling IT services, generating leads, setting appointments, understanding technical requirements, and converting prospects into long\-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:* Drive end\-to\-end sales activities for IT Services, including web development, mobile app development, software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and digital transformation services.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead generation platforms (**20% focus on lead generation**).
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and product/service presentations.
- Understand client business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, estimations, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from prospecting to**successful deal closure**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and account growth.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams during project onboarding and handover.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Required Skills \& Qualifications:* 3\+ years of experience in **IT Services Sales / Business Development**.
- Proven track record of successfully**closing international clients**.

- Experience in **appointment setting**, client presentations, and sales negotiations.

- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or similar platforms.
- Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:* Technical educational background (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, Computer Science, IT, or related field).
- Experience working with international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East.
