Job Summary

Remark HR is looking for an experienced and target\-oriented **Senior Business Development Executive** to expand our client portfolio and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing long\-term business relationships, and promoting our recruitment, staffing, and HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment, staffing, executive search, and HR consulting services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand hiring and HR requirements.
  • Prepare business proposals, service agreements, and pricing quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long\-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of hiring mandates.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurately track client interactions through CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Represent Remark HR at business networking events, industry forums, and corporate meetings.

Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to acquire and manage corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting services.
  • Relationship\-building and account management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target\-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, HR Consulting, Recruitment, or Staffing Services.
