Job Summary: Nikhilesh Solar Wala is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented professional to lead Residential and Commercial Solar business expansion. The candidate must have proven field sales, business development and customer acquisition experience. Key Responsibilities: • Generate residential and commercial solar business. • Conduct customer meetings and site visits. • Develop electrician, contractor, builder and architect networks. • Generate leads through field marketing and referrals. • Conduct electricity bill analysis and customer consultations. • Prepare and present solar proposals. • Negotiate and close solar projects. • Identify commercial solar opportunities. • Maintain lead pipeline and business development reports. • Coordinate with operations team for project execution. • Achieve monthly business targets.
