Driven by creativity, precision, and execution excellence, we are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and charismatic **Senior Business Development Manager** who can build meaningful industry relationships, drive strategic growth, and represent the METASKAPES brand with confidence and professionalism.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate interiors, workplace solutions, commercial fit\-outs, and design\-build projects.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, PMC teams, and industry stakeholders.
· Generate leads through networking, references, market intelligence, and industry platforms.
· Drive end\-to\-end business development activities from lead generation to project closure.
· Conduct impactful presentations, client meetings, and business pitches with confidence and professionalism.
· Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, and corporate interactions.
· Act as a strong ambassador for the company by building trust\-driven and long\-term client relationships.
· Achieve business targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
· Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high\-value deals effectively.
· Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure smooth project conversion and onboarding.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, workplace strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
· Identify potential sectors and clients aligned with the company’s growth vision.
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
· Experience in Business Development/Sales within Interior Design, Architecture, Fit\-Out, Real Estate, or Construction industry.
· Strong industry network and proven ability to generate and close business opportunities.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Charismatic personality with strong relationship\-building capabilities.
· Strategic thinker with a target\-driven and result\-oriented approach.
· Ability to handle key clients and high\-value discussions independently.
