*Job Description**

Jaywant Group is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented **Civil/Site Engineer** specialized in industrial construction to lead our project execution at Khed Shivapur. You will be responsible for end\-to\-end site operations, managing heavy machinery, tracking inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and project timelines.

**Salary:** ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 a year (Commensurate with experience)

**Schedule:** Day shift / Fixed on\-site schedule.

*Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities**

Supervise all on\-site civil works including earthwork, footing foundations, and structural civil works. Manage heavy machinery deployment
Maintain project work schedules and ensure milestones are completed within deadlines.
Receive incoming materials, verify documentation, oversee secure storage, and prepare daily reports on closing stocks and indents.
Inspect the quality of incoming materials and execution work at sites, reporting directly to the departmental head.
Monitor daily labor attendance, review budgets, and handle the weekly submission of site bill books and petty cash accounts.
Coordinate daily with contractors, project managers, external consultants, surveyors, vendors, and management.

*Desired Candidate Profile / Requirements**

**Education:** Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Required).
**Experience:** **5 to 10 years** of solid experience as a Civil/Site Engineer specifically in **Industrial Sheds, PEB Structures, or Warehouses** (Required).
**Technical Skills:** Intermediate knowledge of **AutoCAD** and **MS Office** (Excel \& Word) for reporting and drawing reference.
**Language:** Ability to communicate effectively with local labor, contractors, and management.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
