Senior Civil Engineer

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and supervise residential construction projects, including apartments, high\-rise buildings and housing projects.
• Monitor day\-to\-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Ensure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Monitor project progress, material consumption, labour productivity, and construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Review civil and structural drawings and resolve site\-related technical issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and site manpower to meet project deadlines.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost control, quantity estimation, and billing verification.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of residential projects.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion and handover of residential units.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with a residential real estate developer or construction company.
• Strong knowledge of residential building construction, RCC structures, finishing works, and quality control.
• Experience in contractor management, site execution, and project coordination.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Experience working with residential real estate developers.
• Experience in apartment projects, high\-rise residential buildings, or housing developments.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
