We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a Voice process role involving voice calls. The candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Handle inbound/outbound calls.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
*Required Skills:**
Excellent communication in English \+ Hindi (average English will not be considered)
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Customer Support is Mandatory ( NBFC , Banking , Fintech )
Customer handling and problem\-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and CRM tools
