We are looking for an experienced **Visualization, Power BI \& Power Apps Developer** to design, develop, and support enterprise dashboards, analytical solutions, and scalable business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on expertise in **Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, Snowflake**, and **Azure Data Analytics services**, with the ability to translate business requirements and analytical outputs into secure, user\-friendly, high\-impact solutions.

### **Visualization \& BI**

• **Power BI (Advanced):** DAX, Power Query, calculated measures, row\-level security, semantic modelling, and performance optimisation
• **Tableau:** Dashboard development, interactive visualisations, and visual storytelling
• **Power Apps:** Advanced development of Canvas Apps and Model\-driven Apps
• **Power Automate:** Cloud flows, approvals, notifications, scheduled processes, integrations, and error handling
• Strong experience designing **interactive, accessible, and user\-friendly dashboards and applications**

### **Data \& Analytics**

• **SQL:** Advanced queries and performance tuning
• **Snowflake:** Data sourcing and querying
• **Microsoft Dataverse:** Tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data modelling
• **Power Fx:** Complex formulas, reusable components, validation, and performance optimisation
• **Integration:** SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services
• **Azure Data Analytics Services:** Exposure to Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory preferred
• Experience working with structured and analytical datasets

### **Data Science (Nice to Have / Working Knowledge)**

• Understanding of **data science concepts**, including descriptive analytics, trends, and patterns
• Ability to translate analytical outputs into actionable business insights
• **Application Lifecycle Management:** Solutions, environment variables, connection references, source control, and deployment across environments
• **Governance and Security:** Role\-based access, data loss prevention policies, auditing, and platform best practices

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytical, process, and application requirements
• Design and develop dashboards and analytical solutions using **Power BI and Tableau**
• Design and develop responsive, accessible, and user\-friendly **Canvas and Model\-driven Power Apps**
• Build automated workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations using **Power Automate**
• Write and optimise **SQL queries** across Snowflake, Azure, and enterprise data sources
• Create secure and scalable data models in Dataverse and integrate solutions with enterprise systems
• Implement advanced Power BI capabilities, including DAX, calculated measures, semantic models, and row\-level security
• Develop reusable components, templates, and standards to improve delivery quality and speed
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and performance across reports and applications
• Implement solution packaging, release management, documentation, and deployment across environments
• Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, administration, security, and business teams
• Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver user training and technical documentation
• Enable self\-service analytics and promote Power Platform and visualisation best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering enterprise\-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and cloud analytics technologies
• Working knowledge of Power Pages, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder, or related Azure services
• Experience with JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and custom connectors
• Exposure to data governance, semantic layer models, and enterprise security practices
• Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certification is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
