Seeking a results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead a team of 3–4 professionals while planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and business growth.
*Key Responsibilities**
Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation while maximizing ROI and campaign performance.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 3–4 executives/interns, ensuring timely project delivery, productivity, and achievement of KPIs.
Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and prepare regular reports for management.
Drive lead generation, identify growth opportunities, and improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
*Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and WordPress or similar platforms.
*KPIs**
Lead generation, campaign ROI/ROAS, website traffic and conversion growth, SEO performance, and team productivity.
