Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and performance\-driven **Digital Marketing Executive – Meta Ads Specialist** who has strong hands\-on experience in running and scaling Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) ad campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion\-focused advertising strategies. The candidate must also stay updated with the latest Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and performance marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage high\-performing Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) ad campaigns
- Generate quality leads through strategic ad planning and audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns for better ROI, lower CPL, and higher conversions
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, targeting strategies, and platform updates
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, reels, videos, and campaign content
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and audience behavior
- Handle retargeting campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and funnel optimization
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and social media marketing will be an added advantage
Requirements
- Proven experience in running Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and performance marketing
- Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, pixel setup, and campaign scaling
- Familiarity with latest Meta advertising guidelines and policy updates
- Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Creative approach towards campaign strategy and execution
Preferred Candidate
- Someone who understands performance marketing deeply and can independently manage and scale Meta ad campaigns
- Candidate with strong hands\-on experience in generating quality leads and improving campaign performance
