He/she Lead will bridge the gap between the Digital Marketing team and the Creative Head, ensuring marketing campaigns are strategically planned, creatively executed, and aligned with business objectives. This role will oversee content planning, campaign ideation and coordination between design, content, performance marketing, and external partners.
\* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
\* Lead content strategy and campaign planning for social media, website, email marketing, and brand initiatives.
\* Work closely with the Creative Head to translate brand vision into effective marketing campaigns.
\* Coordinate with designers, videographers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
\* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
\* Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand activations.
\* Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
\* Support launches, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.
\* Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.
\* Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
\* 4\-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, content, or campaign management.
\* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and branding.
\* Excellent project management and communication skills.
\* Experience coordinating creative and marketing teams.
\* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands\-on execution.
\* Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and campaign analytics.
