As the **Senior Director – Human Resources**, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team and the
driving force behind our people, culture, and performance initiatives. You’ll lead the HR function across
multiple verticals — including Sales, Operations, Tech, Product, and Supply Chain — ensuring Fairdeal.Market continues to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent.You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, building leadership capability, and aligning people strategy with business goals in a fast\-paced, high \- growth environment. **Key Responsibilities****Strategic Leadership*** Partner with CXOs and business leaders to define and execute HR strategy aligned with business
goals.* Drive organization design, workforce planning, and leadership development.

- Build talent pipelines, succession planning, and learning frameworks.

- *Qualifications \& Experience*** Education: MBA / PGDM in HR from a Tier\-1 or Tier\-2 institution.
- Experience: 10\+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4\+ years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in E\-commerce, Quick Commerce, or FMCG sectors preferred.
- Strong exposure to business partnering, talent strategy, and organizational transformation.
