Senior E-Commerce Store Manager – Marketplace & Listings (Automotive Parts)

• *About the Role**

We're an established automotive aftermarket brand expanding our presence across a major US\-based online marketplace and our own e\-commerce website (mazmuscle.com). We're hiring an E\-Commerce Store Manager to own the optimization and growth of both channels.

You'll manage our product catalog, build SEO\-optimized listings, research new product opportunities, and drive performance across both platforms.

• *What You'll Own**

• Store \& Listing Management*

• Manage and expand our marketplace store and e\-commerce website catalog
• Write and optimize SEO\-driven listings: titles, item specifics/attributes, descriptions, and photos
• Build accurate fitment/compatibility data (year/make/model) for automotive parts
• Structure store categories and navigation for a clean customer experience
• Maintain account health, performance standards, and listing quality

• Product \& Competitor Research*

• Research competitor stores to find high\-selling and high\-opportunity products
• Decide which SKUs to launch, scale, or cut
• Track pricing, competition, and demand trends to inform the catalog

• Optimization \& Scaling*

• Monitor key metrics (sell\-through rate, conversion, impressions, search ranking)
• Optimize listings based on data, not guesswork
• Identify winning products and expand catalog depth around them
• Document repeatable processes as the channel grows

• *Required Experience**

• Hands\-on experience creating and managing listings on a major online marketplace at volume
• Experience selling to US\-based customers
• Strong product research and analytical skills (comfortable in spreadsheets and pulling insights from data)
• Marketplace SEO know\-how: keyword research, item specifics/attributes, listing optimization
• Ability to work independently and hit targets without daily supervision
• Highly organized and detail\-oriented

• *Preferred Experience**

• Automotive parts or accessories, especially fitment/compatibility data
• Proven track record scaling a store (growing catalog and revenue)
• Experience managing hundreds of SKUs across multiple categories
• Experience optimizing a Shopify or similar e\-commerce website alongside a marketplace

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
