Job Summary

Responsible for complete management of DI Pipe Finishing Operations including production planning, manpower management, quality assurance, process improvement, and coordination with upstream and downstream departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall finishing operations of DI pipes.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor grinding, socket finishing, spigot finishing, visual inspection, hydro testing, zinc coating, marking, and dispatch readiness.
• Ensure compliance with BIS 8329, ISO 2531, EN 545, and customer specifications.
• Analyze production losses, rejection trends, and downtime.
