- Responsible for producing deliverables such as HSE design basis, Philosophies, Equipment Datasheets and Specifications, P\&IDs, Hazardous area schedule, Layouts (HAC, F\&G Detectors, Safety Equipment, Escape route \& Safety Sign…) Performing firewater demand calculations, firewater network hydraulics, Sizing of fire water pump, designing deluge / spray system, Study reports (FERA, EERA, QRA, RAM…)
- Participate in the workshops such as HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP, SIL, PHSER
- Provide inputs like spacing, fire rating requirement, blast requirement, stack / vent height, coordination with other discipline engineers and Project team
- Prepare / review inquiry requisitions, technical bid evaluations and purchase requisitions for safety and firefighting equipment, gas suppression system
- Responsible for coordination with Client, Regulatory authorities, Consultants who are assigned to perform specialized studies, 3rd party certifying agencies, Consortium partners and Subcontractors.
- Participate in FAT, SAT of fire protection and safety systems
- Prepare and monitor the schedule and ensure the project design activities completes within the allotted manhours and schedule
- Support the Construction and commissioning field queries with justification note and calculations
- Review and approve vendor drawings / documents
- Participating in cross\-functional and inter\-office meetings to provide design inputs to Engineering team
- Promote safety\-by\-design at all stages of project life cycle, proactively identify and mitigate technical risks during project stage
- *ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10 years of technical safety and loss prevention Onshore experience with Engineering Companies
- Exposure to Software PIPENET, PHAST etc.,
- Knowledge on International standards API, NFPA etc.,
