As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
Understand customer requirements (technical and commercial) and propose customized engineered solutions. Prepare technical proposals, drawings, BOQs, and specifications while coordinating with design/engineering teams for solution development.
Identify and develop new clients such as EPC contractors, OEMs, and consultants. Generate enquiries, convert them into orders, and build a strong pipeline for project\-based sales.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Address queries, provide clarifications, handle negotiations, and maintain long\-term relationships with key accounts.
Collaborate with engineering/design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and adherence to delivery timelines.
Monitor competitors and track industry trends across segments like Power, Oil \& Gas, and General Engineering. Provide insights to support pricing strategies and business planning.
