Senior Executive – Accounts

• *Role Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **Senior Executive – Accounts** to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in the manufacturing industry with hands\-on expertise in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and journal entries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

• *KRA: Task / Activities**

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting records using Tally Prime.
• Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle GST computation, return filing, and statutory compliance.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure timely compliance with taxation and accounting regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.

• *KPI: Performance Metrics**

• Timely completion of GST \& TDS filings.
• Accuracy in bookkeeping and financial records.
• Zero compliance delays or statutory penalties.
• Timely completion of month\-end closing.
• Accuracy in reconciliations and journal postings.
• Audit readiness and documentation compliance.

• *Required Skills**

• Hands\-on experience in Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of inventory accounting.
• Basic knowledge of TDS \& GST.
• Expertise in bookkeeping and journal entries.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Financial reconciliation and reporting skills.

• *Preferred skills**

• Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG/Nutraceutical industry./Ecommerce
• MIS reporting.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
