M Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Senior HV (High Voltage) Plant Engineer** to lead the design, operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of high\-voltage electrical plant systems. The role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient HV infrastructure across projects and operational sites, while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Technical Leadership**

• Lead the engineering design, specification, and commissioning of HV plant systems (Substations, Switchgear, Transformers, Protection Systems).
• Provide technical guidance for HV network configurations (33kV, 66kV, 132kV, and above).
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for HV systems across projects and operations.

• *Qualifications: Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in substation design and commissioning.
