### **Job Summary**
The **Sales / Technical Coordination Executive** is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations through the ERP system, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The role also involves handling high\-value **High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS)** product quotations, maintaining documentation, and preparing management reports.**Key Responsibilities**
### **Customer Coordination**
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
Prepare and submit **quotations through the ERP system** based on customer requirements.
Maintain effective communication with customers regarding pricing, testing, and order status.### **Testing Oversight**
Coordinate **consumables testing** with relevant departments.
Schedule testing activities and ensure timely execution.
Prepare and raise **testing invoices** as per company procedures.### **Material Management**
Arrange **end fitting materials** required for testing and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the stores and procurement team to ensure availability of materials.
Manage supply arrangements for **T2 testing ends**.### **Documentation Management**
Maintain and update all required documentation related to quotations, testing, and orders.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely submission and completion of documents.### **HTLS Quotations**
Prepare and manage **high\-value quotations for HTLS (High Temperature Low Sag) products**.
Ensure technical specifications and pricing accuracy in HTLS proposals.### **Reporting**
Prepare **PowerPoint presentations (PPT)** for management reviews.
Generate **MIS reports** for sales tracking, inquiry status, and testing activities.### **Internal Coordination**
Coordinate closely with **Design, Stores, Projects, Production, and Accounts departments** to ensure smooth order processing.
Facilitate information flow between internal teams and customers.**Candidate Requirements**
### **Educational Qualification**
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering** or **Electrical Engineering**.### **Experience**
Experience in a **product service company** such as refrigeration systems, diesel generators (DG), electrical equipment, or similar technical industries preferred.### **Skills \& Competencies**
Experience working with **ERP systems** for quotation and order processing.
Strong **customer coordination and communication skills**.
Ability to handle **technical documentation and reporting**.
Good **analytical and organizational skills**.
Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**.
Ability to coordinate with **multiple internal departments** effectively.
