Senior Executive Trainer – Product & Soft Skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for team in sales, Back office and

Production team. (Training Calender)

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes to

ensure maximum impact.

• Create training materials such as presentations, handouts, and quizzes.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify areas for improvement in

sales skills and develop training programs to address these areas.

• Stay up\-to\-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and soft skills

training.

• Build and maintain relationships to ensure their satisfaction with our training

services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a corporate sales \& soft skills trainer.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver training programs in a clear and engaging manner.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
