VR Automation is looking for a Senior Fabrication Engineer in Maharashtra with 6 to 10 years of experience. A Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Fabrication, or Production Engineering is necessary, with preferred strong experience in electrical panel manufacturing for LT/HT systems and heavy fabrication. You will lead the fabrication department for LT and HT electrical panels, overseeing activities such as cutting, bending, punching, welding, and assembly. Operating, supervising, and troubleshooting CNC and Fibre Laser Cutting machines is key, ensuring accuracy based on GA drawings, fabrication layouts, and panel drawings. Planning and executing daily, weekly, and monthly production targets, while upholding quality control, dimensional accuracy, and safety compliance, is required. Coordination with other departments will align processes for efficient production.
