Designation: Senior Finance Executive ( Compliance)

Experience: 3 to 8 yrs

• *Accounting \& Finance:**

\- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance.

\- CA Dropout or CA Student with articleship completed.

\- 3\-8 years of experience in accounting and compliance, preferably in FMCG, trading, or retail.

\- Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Logic ERP or equivalent). Candidates with only Tally experience will not be considered.

\- Strong hands\-on experience in GST, TDS, and finalisation of accounts.

• *GST, TDS \& Statutory Compliance:**

\- Manage end\-to\-end GST compliance across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E\-Commerce, B2B, Retail, and D2C channels.

\- File GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, and annual returns; reconcile GSTR\-2A/2B with books and manage ITC.

\- Compute, deposit, and file TDS/TCS returns (240, 260, 27Q); resolve TRACES defaults.

\- Finalise accounts: month\-end and year\-end closing, reconciliations, schedules, and financial statements.

\- Support statutory, tax, and GST audits; draft replies to GST and TDS notices.

\- Maintain a monthly compliance tracker and statutory liability report.

Skills Required

\- Good Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

\- Good communication and coordination

\- Attention to detail and ownership

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
