About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Front Office Executive to join our gym team in Valasaravakkam. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk\-in members and visitors.
Handle front desk operations and membership inquiries.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Explain membership plans, offers, and gym facilities.
Convert inquiries into memberships and achieve sales targets.
Maintain member records and appointment schedules.
Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth daily operations.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Requirements
Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Sales.
Experience in Gym, Fitness Center, Wellness Center Industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
Ability to handle sales calls and member follow\-ups.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with prior experience in gyms, fitness centers, health clubs, or wellness industries.
