• *About Position:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in modern web application development using .NET, React, Node.js, and cloud\-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high\-performance applications while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions. This role requires strong full\-stack development capabilities, architectural thinking, and a passion for delivering high\-quality software products.

• *What You'll Do:**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build production\-ready solutions leveraging .NET, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
• Translate user stories into well\-designed application components and services.
• Develop responsive and user\-friendly interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js, Fastify, and PostgreSQL.
• Build prototypes and proof\-of\-concepts to validate technical solutions and business requirements.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and adherence to development best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, development standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge\-sharing initiatives across teams.

• *Expertise You'll Bring:**

• 8\-12 years of experience in full\-stack application development.
• Strong experience in .NET technologies and enterprise application development.
• Hands\-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Fastify, and RESTful API development.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases, query optimization, and database design principles.
• Hands\-on experience with Redis caching and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Drizzle ORM and modern database access patterns.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, object\-oriented programming, and architectural best practices.
• Experience with application testing, debugging, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast\-paced development environment.
