Senior Full Stack Engineer

1\. Leadership Depth: Must have a strong Engineering Manager profile with 7\+ years of total engineering experience, including at least 5 years in engineering leadership.

2\. Cross\-Functional Delivery: Proven track record leading and managing engineering teams across backend, frontend (UI/UX), and mobile, driving end\-to\-end delivery of fintech products (mobile apps, B2C apps, lending platforms).

3\. Domain Expertise: Strong domain experience in FinTech, BFSI, SaaS, or digital lending platforms.

4\. Integration Experience: Must have hands\-on experience overseeing integrations with payment gateways, credit bureaus, and KYC providers.

5\. Technical Proficiency: Hands\-on experience in technologies such as Node.js/Java/Python and React/Angular/Flutter, delivering mobile\-first platforms for both Android and iOS.

6\. Architecture \& Cloud: Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and APIs, paired with hands\-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

7\. Best Practices: Proven execution of engineering best practices (code quality, CI/CD, DevOps), Agile delivery, and a history of mentoring/scaling teams for rapid growth.

8\. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills.

Pay: ₹984,000\.00 \- ₹1,650,000\.00 per year
