Senior Functional Tester

Lead and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Commercial Lending initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and release readiness criteria. Partner with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Agile Squads, and Quality Engineering teams to deliver effective UAT planning, execution, governance, and sign\-off.Define and maintain UAT strategy, plans, scope, entry/exit criteria, and business acceptance requirements.

Assess UAT readiness, including environments, test data, resources, and dependencies.

Lead end\-to\-end UAT execution, tracking progress, risks, issues, and blockers.

Facilitate defect triage, prioritization, resolution, and retesting.

Manage UAT artefacts including test plans, test cases, RTM, defect logs, execution evidence, and closure reports.

Ensure traceability between requirements, test coverage, execution results, and defects.

Coordinate business users and stakeholders throughout the UAT lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement

• *Key Responsibilities**

Provide UAT status reporting, quality metrics, risk assessments, and Go/No\-Go recommendations.15–20 years of Test Management/UAT Leadership experience, preferably within Financial Services.

Strong experience in Commercial Lending and/or nCINO (highly desirable).

Proven expertise in UAT strategy, planning, execution management, governance, and stakeholder management.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments at scale. Strong defect management, risk management, and release readiness assessment skills.

Hands\-on experience with Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence.

Understanding of test automation frameworks, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience testing complex multi\-tier applications, integrations, web, and mobile platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
