Senior Functional Tester

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead end\-to\-end test strategy, governance, and delivery across the Commercial Lending Tribe. This role is accountable for ensuring high\-quality, risk\-managed delivery across complex programmes, driving continuous improvement, and embedding quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Define and lead the end\-to\-end test strategy across SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Manage test planning, estimation, resources, quality governance, and release readiness.

Oversee defect management, test environments, test data, and cross\-team dependencies.

Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Drive test automation, reporting, continuous improvement, and team capability development.

Coach and mentor testing teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• *Skill Requirements**
• ---------------------

Experience: 15\+ years' experience leading large\-scale testing programmes, ideally within Financial Services.

Strong experience in Commercial Lending and/or nCINO platforms.

Proven expertise in test strategy, test management, quality governance, and release management.

Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.

Experience with Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence.

Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to lead technical discussions across development, architecture, and automation teams.

Strong stakeholder management, leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Desirable

Experience delivering testing across complex, integrated enterprise systems.

Exposure to regulatory and risk\-controlled environments.

Experience leading both onshore and vendor\-based testing teams.
