We are looking for a highly creative and experienced **Senior Graphic Designer \& Video Editor** to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design, branding, social media creatives, video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating high\-quality visual content for healthcare, real estate, education, lifestyle, and corporate clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, banners, posters, and ad creatives.
- Create branding materials including logos, brochures, company profiles, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals aligned with client objectives.
- Design website banners, landing page creatives, and UI mockups when required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all client communication channels.
Video Editing \& Motion Graphics
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, testimonials, podcasts, and corporate videos.
- Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects.
- Add subtitles, sound effects, background music, and branding elements.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, high\-retention content optimized for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create viral and performance\-driven video content.
Creative Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior designers and video editors.
- Review creative outputs and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Brainstorm creative concepts, campaign ideas, and content strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, video formats, and social media trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding projects, and video editing work.
