We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business operations by aligning HR practices with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments and be capable of managing both blue\-collar and white\-collar workforce operations.
This role requires a balance of strategic HR planning and hands\-on HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for staff and shop\-floor workforce
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Execute onboarding and induction processes
- Support succession planning and workforce optimization
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Maintain positive workplace culture across plant and office operations
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Performance Management
- Coordinate KPI setting and performance appraisal processes
- Support managers with Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Promote a performance\-driven work culture
Training \& Development
- Identify training needs and skill gaps
- Organize technical and behavioral training programs
- Track training effectiveness and compliance completion
HR Operations \& Compliance
Ensure compliance with
- Factories Act
- PF \& ESI
- Minimum Wages Act
- Gratuity Act
- Contract Labour Act
- POSH Compliance
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Implement HR policies and procedures
HR Analytics \& MIS
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports
- Track headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics
- Provide HR insights and reports to management
Business Partnering
- Collaborate closely with Plant Heads, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives

- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred
- Exposure to HRMS platforms like Keka, Darwinbox, SAP HCM, or GreytHR
- Ability to manage both plant workforce and corporate employees
