We are seeking an experienced **Senior HR Executive (Industrial Relations)** to manage workforce relations, statutory compliance, and shop\-floor HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contract labour management, labour law compliance, and employee discipline in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract labour deployment, workforce planning, and shift scheduling
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factories Act, and other applicable labour laws
- Maintain attendance, overtime records, statutory registers, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, manpower agencies, and government authorities
- Monitor workforce productivity and maintain shop\-floor discipline
- Handle employee grievances and support industrial relations activities
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and statutory compliance reports
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- MSW / MBA (HR) / MHRM / MLW or related degree
Experience
- Minimum **6\+ years of experience** in HR – Industrial Relations
- Experience in the **Manufacturing Industry** is preferred
