Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Manage employee lifecycle activities from joining to exit
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs and HR operations activities
• Handle employee engagement and employee relations activities
• Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
