• *Location:** Thane, Mumbai
• *Working Days:** 6 days per week

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented **HR Executive (Recruitment)** to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Talent sourcing**:** Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screening \& shortlisting**:** Review resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Interview coordination**:** Schedule interviews, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure timely feedback.
• Onboarding support**:** Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and smooth joining formalities.
• Database management**:** Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and MIS reports.

• *Requirements**

• Education**:** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience**:** 2–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in IT roles).
• Skills**:** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tools**:** Familiarity with job portals, and ATS.
• Work style**:** Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast\-paced environment.
