• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and support core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to support organizational growth through effective people management strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops \& Establishments Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory registrations, filings, and returns.
• Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities.

• *Labour Law Compliance**

• Maintain compliance under various labour legislations and Labour Codes.
• Support inspections, notices, and compliance audits.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as required by law.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Labour Codes.
• PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and Bonus compliance expertise.
• Experience in Shram Suvidha Portal, EPFO, and ESIC portals.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory calculations.
• Audit and documentation management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.

• *Preferred Experience**

• Experience handling multi\-state compliance.
• Exposure to compliance audits and inspections.
• Knowledge of factory, commercial establishment, or service\-sector compliance.
