Senior HR Executive

• Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high\-quality employee support and development programs.
• Provide legal guidance on employment law, company policies, disciplinary actions, and labor relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape company culture and ensure a professional work environment.
• Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and legal prudence.

• *Qualifications:**

• Minimum 3–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
• Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field (Master’s or LLB preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
• Cultural alignment with high\-profile or executive corporate environments.

• *Preferred Background:**

• Candidates from **affluent or socially well\-connected families** who can represent the company in elite social and business contexts.
• Strong English communication and etiquette expected.
