Senior HR Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Talent Acquisition**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and non\-technical positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Handle offer roll\-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.

• *Payroll \& HR Operations**

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
• Handle employee documentation, joining, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.

• *Employee Relations**

• Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist in performance management and HR audits.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong experience in **End\-to\-End Recruitment**, and **campus recruitment**
• Hands\-on experience in **Payroll Processing**.
• Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll software. **zoho people**
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• *Eligibility**

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• **5–8 years** of relevant HR experience.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• **Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be given preference.**

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
