Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
  • Handle day\-to\-day HR operations, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
  • Administer and maintain **Zoho People** HRMS, including employee records, attendance, leave management, workflows, and reports.
  • Process employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, employee database, and HR MIS reports.
  • Handle employee grievance resolution and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR activities.
  • Support performance management, appraisal cycles, and talent development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
  • Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Strong working knowledge of **Zoho People HRMS** (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity.
  • **Strong exp in campus recruitment added advantage**
  • *Eligibility Criteria**
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • **5–8 years** of relevant HR Generalist experience.
  • **Hands\-on experience with Zoho People is mandatory.**
  • **Excellent spoken and written English** is mandatory.
  • **Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days** will be preferred.
  • **Minimum 3 years of stability in the current or previous organization** is mandatory.
  • Experience working in IT, Technology, or Corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
  • *Preferred Candidate Profile**

  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking and time\-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹14,694\.34 \- ₹59,563\.36 per month
