Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Handle day\-to\-day HR operations, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
- Administer and maintain **Zoho People** HRMS, including employee records, attendance, leave management, workflows, and reports.
- Process employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and company HR policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee database, and HR MIS reports.
- Handle employee grievance resolution and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR activities.
- Support performance management, appraisal cycles, and talent development initiatives.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
- Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.
- *Required Skills**
- Strong working knowledge of **Zoho People HRMS** (mandatory).
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity.
- **Strong exp in campus recruitment added advantage**
- *Eligibility Criteria**
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- **5–8 years** of relevant HR Generalist experience.
- **Hands\-on experience with Zoho People is mandatory.**
- **Excellent spoken and written English** is mandatory.
- **Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days** will be preferred.
- **Minimum 3 years of stability in the current or previous organization** is mandatory.
- Experience working in IT, Technology, or Corporate organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,694\.34 \- ₹59,563\.36 per month
