Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive – HR Generalist with hands\-on experience in the IT Software Services industry who can independently manage end\-to\-end HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and administration using KEKA HRMS.
Key Responsibilities
1\. HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle
Manage onboarding, confirmation, increments, promotions, offboarding, and exit formalities through KEKA HRMS
Handle leave management and attendance management in KEKA
Ensure accurate employee database management and HR records
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy in KEKA
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and monthly reports
2\. Resource Utilization \& Workforce Management
Track and monitor resource utilization of employees
Coordinate with project managers and delivery heads for utilization data
Share utilization and productivity reports with management
3\. Performance Management
Drive end\-to\-end performance management process using KEKA PMS
Coordinate goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and documentation
Support performance improvement plans (PIP)
4\. Employee Relations \& Grievance Management
Handle grievances management and employee concerns
Ensure fair application of HR policies and procedures and employees SOPs
Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees
5\. Employee Engagement, Retention \& T\&D
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Drive employee retention initiatives
Identify training needs and coordinate Training \& Development (T\&D) programs
Track training effectiveness and feedback
6\. Compliance \& Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Coordinate PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory requirements
Maintain statutory documentation and audit readiness
7\. General Administration Management
Handle general administration management including assets, facilities, and vendor coordination
Support office operations and internal administration
Mandatory Skills \& Qualifications
4–6 years of HR Generalist experience in IT Software Services
Mandatory hands\-on experience with KEKA HRMS (attendance, leave, PMS, payroll coordination)
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
MBA in HR
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
