We are hiring for the position of Senior Executive – HR \& Welfare Officer for our Sonipat location.

Location: Sonipat

Experience Required: Minimum 5\-6 Years

Salary Range: ₹5 – 6 LPA

Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work)

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Handling employee welfare activities and engagement initiatives

Managing statutory compliance and labor law\-related matters

Coordinating grievance handling and employee relations

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations

Maintaining attendance, records, and HR documentation

Liaising with factory/workforce employees and management

• *Candidate Requirements:**

Minimum 6 years of experience in HR \& Welfare functions

Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in manufacturing/factory setup preferred

Ability to handle workforce management effectively

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
