• **Payroll \& Attendance:** Supervise payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure accuracy in employee records.
• **Employee Benefits:** Administer employee benefits programs including health, insurance, and welfare schemes.
• **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and IT industry standards.
• **Employee Relations:** Address employee concerns, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive engagement initiatives.
• **Performance Management:** Oversee appraisal systems, promotions, and career development frameworks.
• **Training \& Development:** Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance workforce capabilities, especially in IT\-related roles.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of 5\+ years in HR leadership roles within IT companies or IT\-enabled services.
