Key ResponsibilitiesHR \& Team Management

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and employee engagement activities.
• Resolve employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with Resume, Training, Marketing, and Placement teams.
• Track service delivery timelines and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Sales Management

• Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor lead generation, follow\-ups, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper CRM updates and sales reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in HR operations and sales management.
• Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Sales Management.
